2.050m² located on the western part of Chania, just a few meters from the sea having in between the main road, the area is known for its crystal clear sandy beaches. Nearby one will find shops, tavernas and restaurants all within walking distance.
In 2012 the hotel's Gross income was 250.000 euros and the net one was 170.000 euros. Within the gross income is included the amound of 25.000 euros, coming from the pool bar.
The hotel only serves breakfast and operates from late May till late September each year.

Electricity runs approximately 1.000Euros per month, an average of 5.000Euros for the season. The individual air conditioning units are rented for five (5Euros) euro a day.
The eight year old Beach Hotel is 1.500m², with a basement area of 800m² that is utilized as common staff area / storage and a 300m² parking garage. Upon entering the beach hotel, a large reception area with Manager's Office is in the foyer. The hotel is constituted by luxurious furnished accommodations with a capacity of 2-6 individuals and all fitted private air conditioning, shower, mini bar, telephone, colour TV and hair dryer. The hotel features marble flooring and is completely furnished.
The restaurant and kitchen are located on the ground level of the hotel. The restaurant is open daily and features a menu that currently offers a mix of traditional Cretan and international cuisines with a bar area.

The area is a perfect holiday town with many amenities and within a few minutes driving from Agia Marina (Saint Marina). Local amenities; supermarkets, bakery, butchers, craft shops, doctors, post office, taverns, cafeterias, bars, bus stop, taxis etc. are just a brief walk.
The municipality of Nea Kydonia (“New Kydonia”) is situated 4km west from Chania and offers a variety of amenities and facilities, with many taverns, restaurants, bars, shops and anything that you wish. The entertainment should be of your high priority, while you can find small taverns in peaceful places on the beach. The road is extended all along the long beach, giving one the opportunity to admire the sea and to have easily access to the beach any time.
The beautiful beaches attract the majority of tourists and local people as they are easily reached with buses. During the high season, the place is overcrowded, while the winter converts into a calm suburb. Homer refers to the fertile soil of Kydonia in his epics. However, nowadays the Homeric town has given its place to a modern region.
