Crossing the covered terrace, one comes into the house for sale, which opens into an open plan living/dining and kitchen area with closed fireplace and storage next to the kitchen. Through a small hall one comes into the bathroom (shower, basin, toilet). Further on are (2)two bedrooms both with wardrobe and air-conditions, and one of it has additional access onto the outside terrace which comes with storage and utility room.
An outside stair is allowing access onto the big roof terrace and the top garden of 370m² with 7 olive trees and extra water tank. Next to the stair is more storage space of 12m², and at the terrace there is also a big storage of 20m² and a carport of 20m².
Furthermore, the doors and the windows are from aluminium, double glazed and fitted with shutters and insect screens. The house has central heating and solar, while satellite, telephone and internet are available.
Location
Apokoronas is a green and fertile area that extends from the foothills of the White Mountains north to the coast, in a wide plain with rolling hills. To the east, Cape Drapanon rises above the plain and extends out into the Sea of Crete. Tourism and agriculture are the major local industries, with much construction to satisfy the demands of many foreigners eager to buy or rent properties in the beautiful and traditional Cretan villages.
The village where the house is located is a picturesque village surrounded by oaks. At the edge of the village the guest can see the renovated tower of Alithakis, a Turkish Pasha. Many traditional beautiful villages like Kastelos, Patina and Fylaki are all around Embrosneros.
