Pension/tavern of 800m² plus an event hall for sale next to the sea, close to secluded small beaches and set in quiet location…

The owner’s aim is to keep the Pension for sale simple and quiet; therefore they refer to escapists, individuals who are in search of simplicity, quietness, contact with nature and good food for their vacations. The pension consists of eighteen (18) rooms (with two or three beds), each one with its own bathroom, small fridge and air-condition. All rooms have a balcony with a view straight to the Libyan Sea, and the policy of the pension is no Television, Radio or Internet connection to be in the rooms.

Above the Tavern and the rooms, is a new separated Hall fitted with wooden floor, which is appropriate for Yoga lessons, aerobic or any other kind of workshops. The Hall covers an area of about 80m² and can be host up to 35 people. There is a front and back yard, where you can sit after your meetings and enjoy the sea view and the amazing Libyan sunset.
