Located at the outskirt of the small village, in quiet neighbourhood, the land is fenced with stone walls and one will find several relaxing terraces around the huge swimming pool (12 x 6 x 3m), in the garden area and close to the villa.

Dramia is a small village, with mainly shepherds living in, just right leaving the rat-race and finding quietness and silence, whilst amusements are close by. Nearby Dramia is one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Crete, reaching from Kavros (1km) to Georgioupolis (4km), where during the season many tourists, mostly families, are staying from all around the world. In the wintertime it is very quiet (daily shopping can be done), but the towns of Chania and Rethymno are quickly reachable, either by car or frequent bus transfer from Kavros. Also nearby are the famous lake of Kournas (the only sweet water lake of Crete), and the popular mountain villages of Episkopi and Argiroupolis.
