Nea Chora Rental Chania

It is fully furnished with excellent taste, and fully equipped with all electric appliances, linens and utensils.

Upon entering, we find ourselves in the beautiful living room - dining room area, with white furniture, luxury added details and a contemporary decor.

There is a separate kitchen fully equipped, featuring fitted white cabintes, as well as two generous sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a WC with a shower.

It is gifted a lovely veranda where one can enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning or a refreshing glass of wine at night.

It has a/c units in all rooms and a solar water heater.

It is available from September till the end of May.

Nea Chora Rental Chania Location Information:

Nea Chora which means new town was the first modern part of Chania to be built outside the Venetian fortification wall in the early 18th century. In a sense, it is the oldest part of the modern town.

Nea Chora has a fishing harbour and a good sandy beach which is popular with local people. It is in effect Chania’s town beach and it is a nice one.

The small road that runs along the beach is lined with cafes and (mainly fish) restaurants.

There are also a few hotels. The area is not that well known with tourists but it is a great alternative to staying in the old town: you have a beach on your doorstep, parking space for your car, some of the best fish restaurants in town, and you are only 10 minutes on foot (walking along the seafront) from the Venetian harbor and the center of the Old Town.

Chania is considered to be the most poetic city of Crete; when you walk through it, it leaves you with a pleasant taste of beauty. Chania’s Venetian port, picturesque at any time and season, is attractive to visitors and locals for its beauty and for its choices of entertainment for all tastes and demands.
