Short term rental villas Crete, two beautiful villas located in a natural paradise surrounded by a large olive grove just 500m away from the beach of Maleme and now available for the short term rent...The scenery changes from sea to mountain and the view is blue and green as far as the eye can see...
Each one of the villas can host up to 6+2 persons (after communicating), in a fully air-conditioned 120m² indoor space with 44m² verandas and balconies and a 73m² terrace with an outdoor private pool.
All of the three (3) bedrooms are on the ground floor. The master bedroom features a double queen size bed and its own en-suite WC. with shower, a second bedroom with a double bed and a desk with computer and another one with a bunk bed (there is capability of putting a third single). On the same floor there is a big bathroom equipped with hydro massage and air-bath tub for the relaxation of the guests.
Upstairs there is a large open-plan space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning room, a living room (with an angular sofa 3.40m x 3.50m where two other persons can sleep) and a big veranda (5.90m x 3.35m) furnished with a wooden table (2.40m x 1m) and 8 armchairs for dining outside to enjoy the outstanding views.
On the terrace there is a pergola (4.5m x 3.5m), sundecks, table, chairs,a shower and a W.C.
At the outside area there is a private pool, sundecks, table with chairs and parasol.
