The two villas are identical, each one has its own swimming pool of 40m² and they are both surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and a special effect of running water on the stone wall is creating undoubtedly a magical scenery, especially at night.

Entering the ground floor you are welcomed by a large living room with fireplace and elegantly equipped with a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, satellite tv, dvd, cd-player and air-condition.

On the same floor there is a dining room with a big table and six chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with all electric appliances and utensils, one bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom with shower.

On the first floor accessed by internal stairs, there is a desk for as an office corner, and two more bedrooms. Each one contains 2 single beds with 2 bedside tables and table lamps, air-condition, dresser with mirror, TV, and a big closet.

A great benefit of the villa are the balconies boasting amazing views of the mountainous backdrop, which always consist the best place to enjoy a cooling beverage during summer heat.

The balcony on the top also provides a clothes dryer.
