The municipality of Kolymbari includes the communities of Afrata, Vasilopoulou, Vouvon, Glossas, Delianon, Drakonas, Episkopis, Zymvragou, Kamisianon, Kalidonias, Kolymbariou which is the capital of the municipality, Nochion, Ravdouchas, Panethimou and Spilias.

The muncipality features mostly by the unique combination of vegetation and sea.
