The route to the property is stunning with beautiful views of orchards, lovely villages, endless olive groves and towering trees. The residence is built on a hillside above a much-loved, historic village and is surrounded by olive trees. Its courtyard is paved with slabs.

There is also approximately 100 m cement road from the local asphalt road to the house.

Entering inside the home from the patio area we find, on the left, the kitchen that has all the electrical appliances and spacious cabinets.

On the right are the lounge with a newly fitted, high-powered, wood-burning stove and a staircase that leads to the first floor. Under the stairs there is a WC.

On the first floor we find a bathroom with bathtub and then two bedrooms. The master bedroom has air conditioning and the guest is heated by flue from the wood-burning stove downstairs, ensuring heat overnight.

The main bedroom has patio doors that lead to a covered terrace, which extends from the one end of the building to the other.

The guest bedroom has a balcony. There, you can enjoy the fragrance of the flowers, the chirping of the birds as well as the breathtaking views of the White Mountains and the village below.

The floors of the house are tiled and the windows have shutters and are fully curtained.

The ground-floor terrace benefits from a fully functioning and refurbished Jacuzzi, fror moments of total relaxation!
