The house for rent is found on a 300m² plot and spreads over two levels.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen with modern furniture and electrical appliances, a dining area giving access to a lovely yard, a sitting area with fireplace and WC.

Internal marble staircase leads to the first floor where there is a long hallway with wooden flooring, a wooden desk and access to a olive grove view balcony, three (3) bedrooms - all with wooden flooring - and a bathroom with bathtub.

The house is quite bright and a lot of sunshine comes through the large windows. There is a high wall fence around the house, a big yard with paving tiles and lots of flowers for kids to play in and adults to enjoy hours of relaxation.
