The 6-year old elegant villa spreads over two floors, of 150m² of living space surrounded by an expansive 450m² fenced around plot of land.

On the ground floor of this luxurious residence, there is an open plan kitchen/living/dining room area with fireplace and air-conditioner installed as well as a WC primarily for the use of guests.
