The village is located 16 km from the city of Chania with a crystal-clear sea and two waveless beaches. The beautiful beaches are with fine sand and shallow calm waters, ideal for children. They are very well protected from the winds, as they look to the south and have nice view to the surroundings. The beaches are separated by a small pier, which serves as a harbor. It is well organized with all necessary amenities close by.
