We enter the house from a road through a long corridor paved with marble. On our left, there is a large garden with grass and trees. At the end of the corridor, there is a security door which is the entrance to the building.

The house is bright with very large and tall balcony doors that lead to the front and back of the building. The ones that lead to the front side lead to a large balcony overlooking the front garden.

On the same level right next to the dining room there is the kitchen as a separate room which also has a balcony door that leads to the back of the building where a garden larger than the front is situated as well as a built-in stone staircase that leads to the basement courtyard.

There is also a large underground garage which can host at least three cars. This garage also has its own storage while the boiler room is located there.

The house has aluminum frames with double thermal insulation windows, electric shutters and large curtains as well as heating radiators with oil and air conditioners everywhere, except the ground floor.

Anoixi (in Greek, Άνοιξη, meaning "spring") is a suburb in Attica, Greece -- just about 23 km north of Athens. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Dionysos, of which it is a municipal unit.
