The maisonettes are furnished and similar and consist of open plan living – kitchen fully equipped, one (1) WC and via a wooden staircase one has access to the bedroom fitted with wardrobe.

The houses are provided with air condition, internet, television, parking , while in the rental price are including the costs of internet and the outdoor areas maintenance ( lightning, swimming pool cleaning, gardens ). The inhabitants are paying extra just the usage of electricity and water.

Mournies is a historic village and has interesting Byzantine churches and a monastery. It took the name "Mournies" from the numerous mulberry trees that use to be here even today. At the beginning of the 17th century, Mournies was famous for its beautiful villas, belonging to local noblemen.
