Each villa is 130m², located on a private plot of 1.000m², with lawn, garden, private swimming pool of 25m², barbeque and traditional stone oven. The villas are ideal for families with children, as there is plenty of space for them to play safely at the external private areas.

Both villas are built over 2 levels with the ground floor offering a large living area with a cozy fireplace (containing a single sofa bed) and a spacious kitchen/dining area.

The kitchens are fully equipped with a microwave oven, a full cooker, a coffee machine, a refrigerator with freezer and a washing machine.

On the ground floor you will also find one (1) twin bedroom and a WC with shower.

Following the stairs up to the first floor one will find two (2) bedrooms (one with double and one twin bed) and a fully equipped bathroom.

At this level there is also a furnished balcony with beautiful views over the garden and the White Mountains.

As far as the nearby amenities are concerned, they are situated within 1 km, where the village center of Vrysses is. The closest Health Center is in Vamos, which is located 8km away, while the General Hospital of Chania is at a distance of 28 km.
