At the ground floor there is a lovely living room with a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen in an open-plan design, as well as a common WC.

Satellite TV, DVD and CD player, internet access, washing machine and dish washer, as well as refrigerator, big electric kitchen, microwave, boiler, toaster, coffee maker as well as all cooking utensils are provided making your stay more pleasant and enjoyable.
Additionally, the guests will be able to relax at the large lush green gardens with colourful flowers and enjoy the wonderful views of the mountains or the blue sea.
Air-condition, linen, towels and cleaning every 3/4 days (twice per week) are included.
The lovely village of Almirida offers two excellent sandy blue flag beaches (with loungers and parasols for rent), beach taverns and cafes, small bars, mini-markets and souvenir shops.
