Entering the main entrance of the hotel, there is a reception area and two apartments for the stuff.

Few steps further, there is the pool area, featuring one big communal pool of 110m², one smaller for the kids of 7m², enough shaded spaces with sunbeds, a beautiful stone-built bridge connecting the large pool with the bar-restaurant which has also a terrace with multiple seating areas.

The bar measures 20m², the restaurant of 80m² features a covered area, full-protected from rain and wind, with a well-equipped barbeque and a wood-fired oven, while there is a covered breakfast area of 80m² and an area of 20m² with another BBQ which can be used by the clients.

There are also two communal toilets on this area and a play area for the children next to the pool and fenced for maximized protection.

Walking through tiled pathways and a vast well-manicured garden with flowers and trees, there are two independent villas as windmills with five (5) apartments and two private pools, a castle-like building with four (4) apartments and a stone-built building with three (3) apartments.

• A studio apartment of 28m² can accommodate up to 3 pax and consists of a full-equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, a lounge area with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower. It gives direct access either to the pool or the garden. It features a garden-viewing balcony.


• Superior studio apartment of 32m² can accommodate up to 3 pax and consists of a full-equipped kitchen, a living room, one bedroom and one bathroom with shower. Its architecture reminds a castle. It features a balcony with view over the sea or the garden.


• One-bedroom apartment of 40m² can accommodate up to 4 pax and consists of a full-equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom with shower. The hotel operates from April to October with its own clientele and its occupancy rate exceeds 80%.

It is the result of merging the pre-existing municipalities of Kissamos, Inachorio and Methymna.

The new municipality is 334.18sqKm and the population is 10.790 according to the 2011 census.

Kissamos was defined as the base of the new municipality.

Characteristic of the area are the two peninsulas, Gramvoussa and Rodopos, off the northern coast that form the bay of Kissamos.
