Armeni village is located inland from Kalives on the north coast of the island, at the mouth of Souda Bay. This mainly agricultural village is shaded by platania trees and the Kiliaris River. The church of "Agios Nikolaos" (Saint Nikolaos) is of imposing architecture giving an air of wealth to the village.
