The pergola which is at the northeastern end of the property has an area of 160m². It is made of stone and has built-in BBQ and bar and is overlooking the garden, the house and the sea. The total garden area is 1600m² and is covered with plants that are supported by the local climate.

On the back there is a closed garage for one car and motorcycles plus there are open air parking spaces for 2 more cars.
