Building A

It totals 4.500m² and comprises of 60 rooms, (30 rooms with an open plan kitchen/living area and a bedroom and 30 studios).

In total, this building can accomodate 180 people.

All rooms are bright, modern and cheerful with fine white decor, functional light wood furnishings, cool tiled floors and amenities for a comfortable accommodation in Zante.

The room offers an equipped kitchenette, refrigerator, private bathroom, air-conditioning and a nice balcony with sea view and pool view. Approximately, 75% of the rooms enjoy sea views.

There is parking for 20 vehicles available, a 140m-swimming pool and an external jacuzzi of eight (8) persons.
The hotel benefits from a 110-meters-private sandy beach with 150 sun beds, a tennis court, eight (8) rental boats and a sea spa.

Among its facilities, three seafront shops, a childrens area, a tennis court, a volleyball court, a childrens day care, a horse stable, a two-storey restaurant, a pool bar and a second luxurious bar, are included as well.

There are also washing machines and driers available, biological cleaning system and autonomy in water is accomplished through artesian wells.

There are also four rooms for the staff members, 400m² of warehouses, 100m² of offices for the managing director and the accountant, a linen closet and a fully-equiped workshop for maintenance and damage repairing.

This building operated as an all-inclusive one.
It was built in 2000 and renovated in 2011.

Building B

This building totals 3.500m² .
It comprises 75 rooms, (45 apartments of 40m² with an open plan kitchen/living area and a bedroom and 30 studios of 20m² each).

All rooms are bright, modern and cheerful with fine white decor, new functional wood furnishings and amenities for a comfortable accommodation in Zante.

The rooms offer an equipped kitchenette, refrigerator, private bathroom, air-condition, satellite TV and a nice balcony with sea view and pool view.

There are also a 250m-swimming pool and a childrens pool of 10m.
In this building there is a second reception of 70m², and spacious parking areas are available, too.

This building was constructed in 2004 and fully renovated in 2011..

The hotel benefits from a fully equipped pool bar with 150 sunbeds and umbrellas.There are also washing machines and driers available, solar panels, biological cleaning system and autonomy in water is accomplished through artesian wells.

The staff consists of 35 people for both buildings. The Gross income is 900.000 euros annually and the Net one is 400.000 euros.

Please note that the income of 900.000 euros, does not include the income coming from the restaurant, bars and rental boats.

If you add those additional sources of income, the total income doubles.

The clientelle of the hotel is mainly English.

Its also worth mentioning that the hotel is about to upgrade from a three-star hotel to a four-star hotel, as a Spa-Sea Therapy center will be added!

The hotel is available for sale at the price of 7.000.000 euros for both buildings and for rent as well.

The location of the hotel is magnificent as it is opposite the turtle island (has a shape of a turtle), where you can go and bath at the green waters and lay at the white beaches.
At the turtle island, caretta-caretta turtles give birth.

There are rental sub marines in front of the hotel which are used to admire the sea life under the water.
Nearby, there is also the Cameo island where the nightlife of Zakynthos is at its best.
