This traditional 2** Hotel has in total 21 rooms (55 beds) and its mainly European and local clientele can choose between:

• Four (4) 4beds rooms


• Five (5) 3beds rooms


• Twelve (12) 2beds rooms

All rooms are fitted with shower, air-conditioning, heating, telephone, TV set and are enjoying beautiful views of the sea from there balcony.

The hotel operates the whole year round and the sun, light and greenery of the region guarantee unforgettable summer and winter vacations. Swimming in crystal clear waters in the summer and walking to the square of Kimi eating traditional homemade sweets in winter.

The current gross income is annually 100.000 Euros but due to the additional building capacity of 400m² additional rooms can be constructed in order to generate additional profit.

During the high season 3-4 persons are employed to fulfill the guests wishes according to the philosophy of the hotel, which are customer service, a comfortable accommodation and cleanliness. Here they can find quiet and above all friendly environment.
