This marvellous villa consists of three (3) bedrooms and is built with the finest materials, and decorated in classic style, with marbles, rich fabrics and warm colours.

The residence comprises of two levels and terraced, well-kept gardens, with a large private pool of 50m² and an outdoor Jacuzzi.

The main entrance opens into a spacious living area with fine marble floors, a fire place, a large dining table and a lounge with a 42” HD TV. At the same level you can find a fully-equipped kitchen offering all necessities.

The villa has three (3) bedrooms able to accommodate up to 6 guests, plus 1-2 children (baby cots are also available).

At the first level there is a bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower, while on the second level you can find two master bedrooms, both with double (king size) beds. The first master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and walk-in closet while the second master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with bath and a secluded balcony overlooking the mountains.

At the second level you can also find a cosy, small lounge with a sofa which converts into a full double bed. Along the second level there is a bounteous veranda with panoramic views.

The propertys large private pool and outdoor Jacuzzi are surrounded by a spacious sundeck with sun beds, a BBQ with a wood oven, an outdoor dining set, and garden with flowers, trees and grapevines.
