Villa “M”

This exquisite villa is a paradise nestled on a hillside overlooking the crystal blue sea. Just 200m from the sea the gurgling sound of the waves travels the visitor to relaxation. The luxury interior of the house justifies its selection as the bridal suite is ideal for the honeymooners, a nest for lovers and romantic couples.

The outstanding villa is independent totalling 75m² with private pool (5 x 3m), spacious courtyard that hosts outdoor dining, umbrellas and sun beds. Inside, the living room of the suite hosts one (1) bedroom and a fully furnished and equipped kitchen, dining and living room. There is a Jacuzzi next to the bed for comfort and unforgettable romantic moments. Pastel colours, white wooden ceiling and decorative details exude the luxury and pleasant atmosphere throughout. Another amazing feature of the villa is the unrestricted sea view even from inside the residence.

Villas “A”, “E” and “Li”

Built on land of approximately 600m² the villas occupy the main part of the eastern point of allowing full view to the north, west and south.

The external wooden doors leads into a spacious area with a pergola covered with tiles in earthy colours which hosts an outdoor dining area. Three long steps lead to the pool and a side garden.

The private swimming pool measuring 11,5 x 4,5m with a hydro massage, occupies the space in front of the outdoor dining area on the southwest side of the villa where the main entrance is.

Inside the first room is the living room with large windows and comfortable sofas in earthy colours. In the same level on the northwest side of the house is the master bedroom with bathroom. The large French windows to the west allow the views to the sea to be enjoyed uninterruptedly along with the view of the garden with its colourful flowers. Direct access from the patio to the garden is provided.

The careful selection of quality sanitary ware and tiles in white create a stately atmosphere. Furniture and decorative items are of bright colours creating an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation.

Two steps from the lounge lead to a higher level where a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room are hosted. The long low window overlooks the sea with the views extending to Elafonissi.

The wooden table with chairs and the selection of frames in the colour of cypress create a natural frame in the images revealed by the window openings.

The corridor is found to the east side with a hydro massage bathtub, sanitary ware and tiles in white and the second bedroom on the northeast side of the house.

Villas “Le” and “K”

Built on a plot of approximately 1.000m², the outstanding villas occupy the main part of the eastern point, allowing full view to the north, west and south.

The gardens are surrounded by large rocks, olive trees, fruit trees, cypress trees, shrubs, flowers and herbs of the Greek land. The beauty of flowers and trees, the shape of the leaves, the colours of fruits, invite to the unique world of sensations and tastes of Crete.

The villas are like castles due to their imposing presence in the area and allow the mind to visit past centuries and carry pictures of the mansions of Crete. Moreover, the changing canvas of landscape is composed by the imperious mountains, endless plains and the indented coastline.

Paved path leads to the outer wooden doors where the spacious yard are revealed, encrusted with tiles in earthy colours. Each private pool measure 13 x 4,5m with a hydro massage occupying the space in front of the outdoor dining areas on the west side of the villas.

Internally, the two levels are connected by a wooden staircase.

The ground floor houses two (2) bedrooms with private bathrooms and an open plan dining room of 80m², living room and fully equipped kitchen in the northern part of the residence. In the dining room there is the wooden table with chairs, sofas all in traditional simple style with lots of pillows in colours of purple, red and saffron which promise relaxation.

The first floor hosts two more bedrooms with private bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi) and two terraces. The warm colours of the brown wood and the blue of the sea create a pleasant atmosphere. Furniture and decorative items with bright colours in curtains create an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation.
