All the rooms enjoy sea views and all but one are seafront with large sliding doors. The interior design is modern and of superior quality. Besides the private infinity mosaic pool, the villa is one of the very few to offer a private pathway leading to the rocky coastline, as well as several terraces.

On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen is next to the main living room which has a designers dining table and sofas, as well as a flat screen TV with satellite pay channels, 60 DVDs and an indoor and outdoor Bose Hi-Fi system operated with a bluetooth amplifier (it works with every smart phone). One of the seafront master bedrooms is also located at the pool level with direct access to it. Another separate toilet is also located on the pool level.

On the upper floor, there are the other three master bedrooms as well as the second living room, all having access to the upper terrace. All bedrooms also have high quality mattresses and unique bed side tables. The living room can be completely closed by a massive wooden sliding door, so as to be used as a proper fifth bedroom with two high quality sofa beds and amazing sea views, too. Although every bedroom has its own en-suite bath or shower and a stylish corian sink, one with a stand-alone bathtub, there is another bathroom giving guests an additional bathtub, shower, toilet and corian sink. This bathroom can, for example, be used if the second living room is utilised as a bedroom, as it is located just beside the living room.

One can enjoy a cold drink or dine under one of the 2 pergolas on the outdoor terraces. One can dive into the water of the infinity mosaic pool (50 square metres in extent) which has its own childrens section or simply one could relax in the "dream area" on the twin designer sun bed, situated halfway down between the terraces and the sea. Here one can listen to the gentle sound of the waves. If, like the owner, you prefer the fresh sea to the enticing pool, one can take the pathway to the sea and enjoy a saltwater swim in complete privacy.
