Villa D with three (3) bedrooms

This 115m² amazing villa spreads on 7.000m² private hill and accommodates up to 6 guests. It combines natural materials with modern comforts and stands isolated and fully harmonized along with the marvellous landscape.

The house consists of an open plan living and dining room, a lounge with a double sofa bed, a fireplace, wooden floors, TV, CD/DVD player, radio, telephone, fully equipped kitchen with all electric appliances. It also has internet (wifi) access and a safety-deposit box.

On the same level there is one bedroom with a double anatomic bed, and an en-suite bathroom with shower and a WC.

There are two bedrooms with two twin anatomic beds each, sharing a fully equipped bathroom with a spacious bathtub and Jacuzzi for moments of ultimate relaxation.

All bedrooms provide access to the garden and panoramic sea, meadow and garden views. The whole house is fully air-conditioned. It also features under floor heating for winter occupancy.
