An internal staircase leads to the first floor where the open plan living/dining room is, with the fireplace and the dining table for 8 guests next to the main fully equipped kitchen of the house. No words can describe the magnificent sea, pool and garden views through the windows and the large glass doors, which open to the 15m² covered and furnished veranda.

Outdoors, there is also a large area around the 40m² swimming pool, as well as a 28m² barbeque area with a wood burning stone oven and an outdoor dining table under a pergola, with a lawn and a playground for children.

The three air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, all decorated in colourful, soft tones and with modern paintings on the walls are on the second floor. The king size bedded master bedroom and one more double bedded bedroom share a common spacious shaded furnished balcony with incredible panoramic views towards the sea and the mountainous backdrop of Lefka Ori (the White Mountains).

The third double bedded bedroom has its own private veranda with outstanding views, providing its guests some extra privacy.

The house operates all year round as it is suitable for winter occupancy.
