Passing through the main gate, you find yourself in an internal yard of 20m² providing full privacy for your special moments of relaxation under the sunlight.

Entering the main house there is a large kitchen fully equipped with all electric appliances. In the same open space with the beautiful wooden ceiling, there is a sitting room and a dinning room while the key factor is the fireplace standing behind an impressive archway.

In the next room there is a lovely living room and a capacious bedroom with two single beds lying under a wonderful arch.

There is also a bathroom with a shower.

The villa is also equipped with a washing machine in teh storage room.

Internal wooden stairs lead to the first floor where one can find another enchanting living room with wooden floors and ceilings, furnished with unique furniture which once was a wedding gift from Eleftherios Venizelos, an eminent Greek leader of the Greek national liberation movement and a charismatic statesman of the early 20th century.

On the same floor there is also a big bedroom with a/c, one double and one single bed, and a bathroom with bathtub.

All the windows offer exceptional views of the verdant mountainous backdrop.

Another bedroom with a double bed is also found on this level, which was primarly used as a kitchen before the renovation of the building took place.

 stunning yard boasting breathtaking views is acccessed through the living room, a stone built yard with a BBQ, beautifully decorated with a lovely arbor and a variety of flowers.

Following a few stone stairs you are reaching a marvelous garden of 700m² full of tangerine trees with their brittle, curling leaves, adding a most heavenly scent to the air when theyre blooming.
