Description of Villa Onar:

On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room with fireplace, dining room for 8 guests, a modern fully equipped kitchen and one toilet while the veranda offers fantastic panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the farm.

The first floor consists of one bedroom of 33m² with two large single beds, wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with shower (whirlpool) and a balcony with the incomparable unobstructed view of the sea, the mountains and the farm, one bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and view towards the south part of the farm and the mountains and one bedroom with a large single bed, with glass partition that allows panoramic breathtaking view, the bedroom also includes wardrobe.

On the same floor there is a small space of 3m² that can be used as storage.

The basement of the villa has a laundry room, storage, one WC plus enough space to accommodate two guests if needed.

An independent apartment of 28m² is also part of the villa that consists of a kitchen, one bathroom with shower, wardrobes and includes a TV LCD, air condition, alarm system and a veranda with view of the sea, the mountains and the farm.

The outdoors of this extraordinary villa will leave everyone satisfied as there is a big Jacuzzi swimming pool, plus one smaller kids pool, the next to the pools are sun umbrellas, deckchairs and open air showers while the outdoors have an BBQ area.
