All homes have living / dining room, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms and coming with air-condition and central heating. The size of the homes varies between 75m² (two bedrooms), 90m² and 95 m (three bedroom two-storied maisonettes).
The homes have independent entrances and private outdoors areas with tile-paved terraces and gardens surrounded by low stonewall.
