The layout of this 100m² house for rent is taking into account the Cretan Climate with having the living / dining area and the open plan kitchen at the top floor, which of course is also having one entrance door, balconies and views of the surrounding including of the sea.

The ground floor comprises of two (2) bedrooms and one (1) bathroom. Also from this floor with its verandas the external area can be accessed.

Finally the elevated basement area which has another (1) bedroom, one (1) bathroom and storage space; this floor has a separate entrance.

The furnishing includes next to full kitchen equipment, beds etc also dishwasher, washing machine, satellite dish, TV, Radio, and additional the house is provided with one (1) parking place, insect screens, five (5) air-conditions -hot/cold-, and internet connection through CYTA.
