The sound system is wired throughout the entire house, inside, outside and even in the swimming pool. Wireless internet connection is also in place. Refrigerator, dishwasher, Laundromat, and telephone are just some of the equipment provided and babysitting service and sailing trip upon request.

Completed in 2007, the pretty part stone clad villa boasts top quality furnishings and fittings combined with the latest in modern technology. At the top of the driveway you will find ample parking and turning space for 2 cars and from this level stone steps take you up to the entrance and access to the beautiful infinity pool 52m² that spans the front of the house. The fully fitted modern kitchen and dining room are in the centre of the ground floor and lead straight out to the pool terrace making dining in and amazing experience.
There is a double bedroom either side both offering Jacuzzi bathtubs within the bedroom area where you can relax and enjoy the seas views from the large picture windows which can be opened in the hot weather to take advantage of the sea breeze.
There is a separate WC in each bedroom for your privacy and a flat screen TV and DVD that can be angled for viewing from the Jacuzzi or the bed.
The 1st floor is accessed by a staircase from the kitchen/dining room and takes you up to the lounge which offers a 42 inch TV with satellite channels, DVD and home theatre. For your added enjoyment there is also a coin operated massage chair and a telescope for stargazing during the balmy summer evenings.
