Five Stone Built Villas for Sale in Rethymno

Five Stone Built Villas for Sale in Rethymno. Immersed in the natural beauty of Mylopotamos, Rethymno, this remarkable collection of five independent stone-built villas offers a distinctive hospitality estate where Cretan character, privacy and expansive open landscapes meet.

Occupying approximately 20,000 sqm of private land, the estate contains five single-storey residences of around 80 sqm each. The combined accommodation extends to approximately 400 sqm within expansive surrounding grounds.

Each villa welcomes guests into an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space, accompanied by two bedrooms and one bathroom. All five homes are furnished and equipped with the essential electrical appliances.

Outside, every residence has its own private swimming pool, allowing guests to enjoy the setting independently. Five distinct outdoor leisure spaces give the estate an especially appealing private accommodation format.

Mountain and countryside views create a strong sense of place, complemented by glimpses of the sea in the distance. The landscape lends itself naturally to the slower rhythms of a Cretan escape.

The stone-built architecture, dating from 2006, reinforces the estate’s regional character. The residences are described as being in excellent condition, with an established arrangement for hosting guests in separate private villas.

The property is reported to operate throughout the year, an important consideration for buyers exploring a hospitality acquisition rather than a purely seasonal holiday residence in the beautiful Rethymno countryside.

For international investors, the appeal is the combination of five individual villas, generous land and private pools. Operational figures, licensing and ownership documentation should inform any assessment of commercial prospects.

Five Stone Built Villas for Sale in Rethymno. Location Information:

Panormo is situated about 20km east of Rethymnon city, in the province of Milopotamos. It is a tranquil seaside village, which has met a fast development during the last decades, without however losing its traditional character.

The wild beauty of the pure Cretan landscape, the picturesque village, the beautiful beaches and easy access have contributed to this development.

Rethymno combines rarely united features: the old town’s charm and history, with proximity to a long sandy beach.

There are two sides to Rethymno offering two styles of visit: the endless big beach hotel strip that stretches from the east end of Rethymno, lapping up the coastal “villages” of Perivolia, Platanias, Adelianos Kambos, Pigianos Kambos, Sfakaki, Stavromenos and Skaleta – and – the Rethymno that allows you the character of the old town with its mix of architecture and history, cultural influences and styles ranging from Venetian to Ottoman empire. We present the second and more romantic choice – leaving the all-inclusive beach and booze tours to others.

it’s a place that moves slowly, a very romantic plead and the most important preserves much of its Venetian and Turkish appearance.

Explore one of the best preserved medieval cities in Greece, and search for your fairy-tale romance in Rethymno. Venetian fortification works mingle harmonically with orthodox and catholic churches, mosques, majestic mansions of Venetian architecture, arches and cobbled paths which create a magical atmosphere, reminiscence of the city’s turbulent “yet glorious” past.

Before leaving the beach, we should mention that there are other visitors – the turtles. Turtles are regular visitors along the beaches of Rethymno and return between June and August to lay their eggs each year.
