• Superior studio apartment of 32m² can accommodate up to 3 pax and consists of a full-equipped kitchen, a living room, one bedroom and one bathroom with shower. Its architecture reminds a castle. It features a balcony with view over the sea or the garden.


• One-bedroom apartment of 40m² can accommodate up to 4 pax and consists of a full-equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom with shower. It gives direct access either to the pool or the garden. It features a garden-viewing balcony and veranda.


• Ground-floor one-bedroom apartment of 40m² can accommodate up to 4 pax and consists of a full-equipped kitchen, a living room with two sofa beds, one bedroom with either a double bed or two single beds and one bathroom with shower. It gives direct access to the garden.

The hotel operates from April to October with its own clientele and its occupancy rate exceeds 80%.

It offers the great advantage of being within walking distance (only 250m) from the sandy beach, where you can have a refreshing dive and enjoy the famous Cretan sun, the best this land has to offer.

Moreover, in the surrounding area you can find all shops, taverns, coffee shops and supermarkets you may need.

Chania city with its most visited old town and picturesque Venetian harbor, is 30km away, which is a 25-30 minutes’ drive more or less.

The Municipality of Kissamos is a municipality in the administrative unit of Crete that was formed under the Kallikratis Plan.

It is the result of merging the pre-existing municipalities of Kissamos, Inachorio and Methymna.

The new municipality is 334.18sqKm and the population is 10.790 according to the 2011 census.

Kissamos was defined as the base of the new municipality.

Characteristic of the area are the two peninsulas, Gramvoussa and Rodopos, off the northern coast that form the bay of Kissamos.
