Next to the kitchen is the lift shaft connecting all three levels. The lift shaft has purpose built in lift doors on each level and is wired ready to take a lift should this be desired; currently used as storage. Beyond this are the staircases to the other floors. To the left hand side of the lounge there are two (2) good sized double bedrooms and a separate bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and toilet.

As for the other floors the study has an own private court yard which can also be accessed via external stairs from the garden area. There is ample sun light due to well placed windows and doors and the lift shaft that extends to the basement is currently in use as a cloakroom.
