The air-conditioned master-bedroom is located at the first floor with its own en-suite bathroom with spa bathtub, and utilizes a flat-screen TV with DVD entertainment system in the master-bedroom itself.

Each of the villas comprises also of two (2) air-conditioned double guest bedrooms at the ground-floor level, each one with plasma televisions, DVD entertainment system and private modern bathrooms.

Each of the houses has three balconies and a terrace with stylish outdoor teak furniture such as a big table set for up to eight guests. A private lap pool in each villa offers you beautiful views and invites you to enjoy the Greek sun and calmness.

Additional facilities are provided in these houses with washing and drying machines.

A shared professional Tennis court gives a special, luxury character to the villas, where you can enjoy exercise at home and have a nice afternoon with family and friends.

As an option, the owner can arrange a car to collect you at Chania International Airport and take you there upon departure. The owner can also put you in touch with a car rental company offering discounts to their customers.
Cleaning Services
The owner will make sure you find your villa clean and ready upon your arrival and they will also clean on your departure.  They also provide one clean and bed linen change every four days. Bed linen and towels are provided for free as part of the clean. If needed the owner can arrange additional cleaning and bed linen changing services at EUR 50 per extra cleaning shift.
Relaxation Services
The owner of this property has contacts with professional massage and spa therapists arranging relaxation on demand for our guests. Treatments include relaxing massage treatments are available in different packages as well as other related spa services such as foot massages or manicures. A list of all services with current prices can be found in the local information brochure in your accommodation.
Concierge Services
The owner has an appointed Villa Manager who will take care of your every need. Your Villa Manager is reachable by phone day and evening taking care of your requests and questions. Contact details for the Villa Manager can be found in the property.
Shopping
If you are arriving late you can send us a list of items you wish to be purchased for you and they will be placed in the accommodation. You will only be charged for the cost of the items.  You must speak to the owner directly to arrange this.
Meal ordering
For those arriving late the owner can email you with a local menu for simple meals and pizza so you can choose what you would like to eat and they will arrange for it to be delivered at the time you state.
