The resort consists of 9 groups of houses (43 units total) of spacious and modern design and offer undisturbed views to the sea. The property group “Euterpe” consists of 4 apartments and is located at the northern part of the resort, towards the sea.

All apartments have living / dining room, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms and coming with air-condition and central heating. The size of the apartments varies between 55m² (one bedroom) and 75m² (two bedrooms).

The apartments have independent entrances and private outdoors areas with tile-paved terraces and gardens surrounded by low stonewall.

There are three big fenced and paved parking areas with one parking space per house.

In the centre of the complex there is a spacious communal swimming pool surrounded by sunbathing patios and a communal BBQ area.
