We enter the apartment through the security door and are greeted by a small hallway which leads to a small living room with a balcony door.

The living room can be a standalone room, thanks to the sliding door.

On our right there is another hallway leading to the bathroom with a walk-in shower, while walking even further we find ourselves in the modern kitchen with its own balcony!

On our left there is the ideal-size bedroom situated, which also has a private balcony.
