Villas in Crete for short term rent

The villas were created initially with the intent to offer a unique and most memorable stay.

Each villa is 100m² in size, divided into three floors.

Entering from the independent entrance at the ground level, you come across a large, fully- equipped living room. The floor of the living room is covered with highest quality marble.

Next to the living room, is the dining area, which offers a lovely view of the swimming pool. Right next to it is the fully-equipped kitchen, where you can prepare almost any specialty you desire.

On the ground floor, you can find a small guest bathroom for your convenience.

Moving up to the first floor via the marble staircase, you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom with marble bathtub.

The master bedroom has a large double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a TV.

The other bedroom includes twin beds, a separate wardrobe, and a lovely balcony.

On the same floor you can find a large fully-equipped veranda, which can serve as a second outdoors living room, with panoramic view of the crystal blue sea.

On the second level, you can find a cozy loft, which has twin beds and a separate wardrobe.

Room cleaning is offered 6 times per week, while bed linen are changed twice per week.

Each villa has on its main level, its own lounge next to the pool, with sun beds, an umbrella and a table. Each villa also has its own individual parking spot.

The large pool in the center includes also a Jacuzzi and an additional childrens pool.

In the basement of the complex, you can find a fully equipped fitness center, which has also a sauna.

Specially designed gardens filled with flowers and grass can be found throughout the villas. The southern side of the complex, in particular, offers a beautiful garden that has grass and also a playground for children. There is also a specially designed BBQ area with outdoor furniture.

The villas can be found at a very close distance from the city of Chania, in an ideal spot for easy exploration of all the sights and beaches of the entire prefecture of Chania.
