The house is set on a 42sqm private land and spreads over three floors. It dates back to 1800 with a magnificent architectural design, and it has been fully renovated to modern standards, while preserving the traditional elements and features of the older era.

Upon entering the ground floor, we find a spacious kitchen with wooden cabinets and the dining area, while there is also a storage/laundry room. An attractive stone-faced arch decorates the wall, while two large windows allow the sunlight to burst into the room.
