Crete Holiday villas

In the garden of the villa, there are two barbecue areas, both covered with wooden pergolas. There are traditional stone ovens and everything necessary to cook and enjoy outdoor dining. The terrace and all balconies are furnished with garden seating and tables.

This amazing villa consists of two potentially independent residences in a three level building, giving a group of friends or a family the opportunity to be close to each other but also have their private moments when necessary.

The lower level is a single storey residence with a sitting / dining area, an open plan kitchen, two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom, a common bathroom and a bathroom en-suite to the double bedroom.

French doors lead from the sitting area and the double bedroom to the terrace with the pool.

The second residence consists of the middle and the upper floor. The main entrance opens to the middle floor and to a traditional sitting / dining area. The kitchen is separated from this area by a bar.

On this floor there is also a bathroom. Stairs lead to the upper floor where two twin and a double bedroom are situated.

There are also two bathrooms, one common and one en-suite to the double bedroom. All the three bedrooms have balconies with panoramic views.

Villas (A and B - 3 bedrooms each)

Each villa has its own private outdoor area.Villa A has a 45m² private pool as well as integrated childrens pool and a spacious covered area where a barbecue, a traditional stone oven and a garden are set.

Both outdoor areas have wonderful panoramic views. When the night falls, the lights of Chania can be seen in the distance, presenting a breathtaking landscape in combination with the stars on sky...

Villa A is on the second and third floors. The main entrance opens onto the second floor and to a sunlit sitting / dining area. This area with the fireplace is authentically furnished in Cretan style.

The fully equipped kitchen and a guest WC are on the same floor. Stairs lead to the second floor where three bedrooms – a double and two twins - and two bathrooms are situated. One of the bathrooms is en-suite to the double bedroom. All bedrooms have balconies with panoramic views.

The entire first floor is Villa B. This villa consists of a traditional sitting / dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are double, while the third one is twin-bedded. The last has an en-suite bathroom and French doors leading onto the terrace and the pool.
