There are three types of villas; those with two bedrooms, those with three bedrooms and also the superior two bedroom villas, all of them air-conditioned with individually controlled heating AND cooling systems.
Each villa has its own style of interior decor and furnishing.
These three villas plot of 420m² occupy a total internal space of 110m² on two floors and they have two bedrooms.
Their rooms are generously sized; on the ground floor there are open plan living / dining rooms and fully equipped kitchens.
Going upstairs, there are the master bedrooms of the houses with king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms with whirlpool bathtubs. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning with individually controlled heating and cooling systems and televisions with 14 screens. On the same levels are the twin bedded rooms which have en-suite bathrooms with shower cabins.
In front of the villas, in the outdoor areas, there are swimming pools of 35 square metres. Around the swimming pools, there is ample space for al fresco dining and enjoying the breathtaking sea views.
