Traditional vacation villas in Crete, Situated on a plot of 1.000m², on a hill 800m above the beach, in Apokoronas area, two stunning villas with three (3) bedrooms each, offer residents stunning views of the sea, the trees and vineyards that cover the surrounding hills.
Each villa is 100m² and can accommodate up to 6 people.
They are both built in a way that both the ground floor and the top floor have lovely terraces with stunning views. The terrace floor is covered by a roof and the terrace on the top floor is open, so you can choose either sun or shade.

Villa I:
The ground floor has a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, providing a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
On the same level there is a spacious twin bedroom and a shower / WC, with views to the olive groves.
The furniture, doors and cupboards, throughout the interior of the villa, are traditional Cretan and become even more home-like due to the warm colour of the wood, while the bedrooms upstairs have incorporated the traditional architectural style with the high wooden ceilings.
A staircase leads to the top floor, on which there are 2 bedrooms with views to the olive groves, one with a double bed and one twin bedroom. These two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom.
All rooms lead to a balcony, equipped with outdoor furniture, from which one can admire the stunning view of the sea and Almyrida as well as the surrounding landscape. All three bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning with cooling or heating capacity, if necessary.
In the garden there is a swimming pool of 40 square metres around which are placed chairs and umbrellas.
The pool is in the middle of a big, beautiful private garden covered with grass and surrounded by a natural stone wall, which makes it ideal for children to play safely. On the veranda, in front of the building and in the well-planted garden there is outdoor furniture for relaxation among the trees and flowers.
A portable and also a stone barbecue can give visitors the opportunity to cook everything they want in a traditional way. Also in the villas garden, the younger members of the family will enjoy a slide, a seesaw and a small house for playing, all made of wood. This villa and its owners welcome children and a baby seat and a special bed for babies are available.
The large terrace with panoramic sea view and the rest area near the pool are adequately equipped with a wide variety of comfortable outdoor furniture consisting of dinner tables, a coffee table, chairs, loungers and umbrellas.
Villa C:
Both floors of the building have large balconies with stunning views of the sea and of the ships travelling to and from the island, as well as of the cape on the opposite side of the bay. The terrace of the lower floor is roofed in contrast to the balcony on the first floor, which is open providing the option of relaxing either under the Cretan sun or, at night, under the stars, or in the cool of the shade.
On the ground floor there are an open plan living room, kitchen and dining room, a bedroom with two beds with a shower / WC and a large covered terrace with stunning sea views. In the lounge there is a very comfortable couch that can be opened and turned into a double bed, if needed.
The modern kitchen / dining room is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, ceramic hotplates and a wall oven, a large fridge / freezer, a microwave and a traditional wooden dining table with six seats. All appliances are in perfect harmony, made of stainless steel. The kitchen window faces south and overlooks the hillside, which is covered with olive trees. The kitchen has a door leading to a bedroom with two single beds.
The first floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a pair of bunk beds and a large full bathroom with a large bathtub, equipped also with a washing machine. The terrace has beautiful views towards the sea, the pool and the entire surrounding area.
The whole interior of the villa is traditional Cretan and has furniture, doors and closets in honey-coloured wood which gives a warm “local” touch.
There is a stone wall surrounding the private area around the villa, which despite being close to the village gives the feeling of countryside. The villa and the separate area of the pool are adorned with olive groves, almond trees, a wild cherry and a vineyard.
