Today it remains a residential yet popular area, bordered by main roads and a Metro station easily connecting it to the center, and is mostly known for its shopping opportunities and bar scene.

With a constellation of small shops and cafés – connected with leafy pedestrian streets and arranged around the city’s main square and the church of Saint Nicholas – Chalandri is a charming neighborhood just waiting to be explored.
