Commercial Use of the building density :

Option 1 - using 500.000m² for tourist installation, with a ratio of 0,2, results in a total building density of 100.000m²

Option 2 - using 40% of the above mentioned building density (40.000m²) for the construction of residences, which can be sold immediately.
And - using 60% of the above mentioned building density (60.000m²) for the erection of a hotel, which could be sold after the first five (5) years of ownership.

These options will also apply to the other 500.000m² once the forestry permit is granted.

Paleochora is 77km from Chania on the road Chania - Tavronitis - Voukolies - Kandanos - Paleochora. The town of Paleochora is behind the castle on a small peninsula.
